Welcome to Germanly (“we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and platform (the “Platform”). By accessing or purchasing through Germanly, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before booking or purchasing any services.

Germanly is an online platform that connects learners with qualified German tutors for personalized one-on-one lessons.

2. Services
We provide two types of services:

• Free Introductory Meeting – a short online meeting to discuss your goals, level, and learning plan.

• Paid Lesson Packages –1, 2, 4, or 8-lesson packages that can be used after purchase.

All lessons are conducted online (via Zoom or similar platforms). Access to lessons and bookings is managed through the Germanly Learning Center.
3. Booking and Payments

• All prices are displayed in [EUR] and include applicable taxes (if any).

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase through the payment options available on our website.

• Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive access to schedule your lessons.

• Lessons can be scheduled at any available time offered by your tutor.

4. Free Meeting
The free introductory meeting is mandatory before starting any paid lessons.
This meeting helps us create a personalized learning experience and match you with the right tutor.
No payment is required for this session, and it carries no obligation to purchase any lesson package afterward.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Lessons can be rescheduled at no cost if you notify us or your tutor at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before or fail to attend a session, the lesson will be considered used.

• In rare cases, if your tutor cancels a session, you will be offered a new time at no extra charge.

6. Refund Policy

• Once a lesson package is purchased, no refunds are provided.

• If a lesson has already been conducted, it cannot be refunded under any circumstance.

• If technical issues or emergencies prevent a lesson from happening, it will be rescheduled, not refunded.
  By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

7. Lesson Package Expiry

• 2-lesson packages must be used within 30 days of purchase.

• 4- and 8-lesson packages do not expire, but we recommend using them within 6 months to maintain progress.

8. Accounts and Access

• You must create an account to book or access lessons.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information.

• Germanly reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

9. Use of the Platform
You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

• Not share your account or lessons with others.

• Not record or distribute lesson content without written permission.

10. Liability
While we strive to provide a seamless learning experience, we are not liable for:

• Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., internet, Zoom outages).

• Delays or cancellations caused by tutors or learners.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from using our platform.

11. Changes to Terms
Germanly reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and the “last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
